Refund Policy

Returns by mail are available for both defective and non-defective new goods, and our store accepts exchange requests. Contact us within 30 calendar days from delivery to begin.

Condition requirements

A product without a defect may be returned for changed preference, change of mind, or an incorrect size or option if it remains new, unused, and in original condition. Faults, shipping damage, incorrect items, missing components, and material description differences can also be reported; reasonable examination of the issue is permitted.

Contact and authorization

Before mailing the item, email selvam161066@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and explanation. Include photos or video for a product or delivery problem and keep the packaging and components. Wait for approval. We will then verify the return destination and steps; the address used for ordinary correspondence is not automatically the return address.

Enclosed prepaid label

The package contains a free prepaid return label. Once approval is confirmed, follow the provided directions and use that label for the eligible mailed return without paying the associated return-label or postage cost. Contact us if the enclosed label is unavailable. No restocking fee is charged.

Exchange availability and refund timing

A replacement depends on the request review and available stock. When a refund is approved, we process and initiate it back to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank, issuer, or processor controls any further posting time.

Applicable consumer protections that cannot be waived remain in force.
